Project Manager Application

We are looking to hire a knowledgeable General Contractor FULL TIME!
This Project Manager position is perfect for the contractor who doesn't want to deal with paper work, wants to receive a consistent paycheck, and is tired of finding new projects.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all Due Diligence for new projects
• Contact the respective towns for all relevant information
• Coordinate:
  • Home inspection
  • Tank sweep
  • Other inspections where required: Septic, Well water, etc.
• Create detailed Repair Estimates and improve underlying assumptions
• Create a detailed Scope of Work for each project
• Recruit, interview, and add qualified Sub Contractors to our Preferred Sub List
• Line up all Subs for every project
• File for all necessary permits
• Manage construction projects
• Oversee progress and performance of SUBs
• Adhere to timelines, contract specifications, and budget
• Conduct frequent construction site visits to evaluate progress and construction practices

What we are offering:

• We will be responsible for paying all Sub Contractors and most material costs
• We will maintain active W-9s for all Subs and vendors
• We will maintain all paperwork for each project

Compensation:

• Will be commensurate with experience
• We are offering flexible or custom terms such as:
  • a good salary paid bi-monthly
  • a smaller base salary with a bonus structure to compensate
  • a fee for every project that you oversee
