In Stage 2, we receive the property information that Stage 1 gathered and we use this information together with our real estate market analysis to estimate the sales price for the home in its current condition, if it were to be renovated, and the estimated renovation cost.
After the valuation above is complete, the property moves on to be classified by the sales team who will then follow up with our client with the best course of action.
