In this section, we evaluate our Subject Property which came from Stage 1.
In Stage 1, we gathered information on the actual house. Now we will use this information along with the market research we will do in this section to estimate the sales price of the Subject if it were to be sold in its current condition, the sales price if it were to be renovated, and the estimated renovation cost.
At the end of this section, we will upload our findings to Sove360, using the spreadsheet, so our Sales Team can analyse the information and determine the best course of action with this property.
